Fareed Mahmood is an Angel Investor and Previously he had 15 years international entrepreneurial experience having started a number of businesses in Asia and more recently in Saudi Arabia Fareed Mahmood pursued his passion for angel investing in global capital markets, focusing on early-stage and growth-stage companies’ investments. He has nearly two decades of experience investing in venture-backed companies and venture firms, and he has built an extensive network of limited partners, venture capitalists, and leading new direct investments. He brings a blue-collar approach and humility to his work, showing a great deal of respect for founders and the effort, it takes to create something from nothing. He will support you through thick and thin. He was fortunate to sponsor early investments in many of today's leading venture capital firms.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Al Faisal University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University.

Mohammed Imran, a partner and co-founder of Axial Capital Group, has been an investor for over 15 years. He is a businessman and founder of several companies, as well as an investor in various fields, including real estate, financial investments, contracting, tourism, agriculture, and others. He holds membership on the boards of several joint-stock and private companies, as well as local and non-governmental organizations.
He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, strategic planning, private equities, and real estate investment. Imran is a board member of many public and private companies and committees in Saudi Arabia. He holds a bachelor's degree from King Saud University in Kuwait..

Tariq is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Axial Capital Group and has over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He gained this experience by working for some of the largest international accounting and auditing firms in Asia and Europe He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from King Abdulaziz University.

Abdullah builds meaningful relationships with his clients, helping them to thrive in good times and persevere through challenging ones. He is a financial advisor at Axial Capital Group with over 15 years of experience working with brokerage and investment advisory firms, and he creates meaningful financial and investment plans while championing socially responsible business practices. As a Chartered SRI Counselor™, Abdullah has a strong background in sustainable investing and enjoys helping clients understand its long- term benefits. He is also a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Meiji University.

Otterbein Oshimi is an advisor at Axial Capital; she fulfills her desire to work for a values-based company deeply committed to making an impact. Oshimi brought prior experience as a paraplanner to the role and is delighted to be engaged in a profession that empowers individuals to flourish financially. She strongly believes in exceptional client service and creating lifelong generational relationships. She has accomplished two major career goals: finishing her Master of Science in Financial Planning (MSFP) degree and earning her Certified Financial Planner™ designation.
